If title to the property will be held jointly between you and another person, you must include "Co-Borrower" information when completing your online application in order to avoid delays in the underwriting and pre-approval process. (This applies even if the co-borrower is unemployed, or you don't plan to use co-borrower income for qualifying purposes).
Submitting a "complete" application package is a 2-step process which includes signed disclosure forms and supporting documents (#1 below) and an online application (#2 below).

Step 1. Click "Download Disclosure Packet" below and follow the instructions provided for submitting your signed forms and supporting documents to OLP.
Step 2. To start your online application, click "Start Online Application" below NOTE: You'll need to create an acount, If you're not able to finish it in one setting, so that you'll be able to access your application." You'll be able to access your saved application by loggin into your account and upload your supporting documentation to your assigned underwriter.
This online option helps expedite the loan setup and review process as it allows OLP to directly import your submitted application data into its loan system.

The underwriting review process can only begin after Steps 1 and 2 above have been completed.
