PAPER APPLICATION
If title to the property will be held jointly between you and another person, you must include "Co-Borrower" information when completing your online application in order to avoid delays in the underwriting and pre-approval process. (This applies even if the co-borrower is unemployed, or you don't plan to use co-borrower income for qualifying purposes).
Submitting a "complete" application package is a 2-step process which includes the paper application (#1 below) and signed disclosure forms and supporting documents (#2 below).

Step 1. To start your application process, click "Download Paper Application" below NOTE: You have chosen to submit a completed paper application via fax (instead of applying online).
Step 2. Click "Download Disclosure Packet" below and follow the instructions provided for submitting your signed forms and supporting documents to OLP.
This option is for submitting your entire application packet via fax.
HELPFUL TIPS:
The underwriting review process can only begin after Steps 1 and 2 above have been completed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before the loan review process can begin, a completed application packet with supporting documents must be received by OLP.
